AristoMedia Tips – 12-mei-2018

Smith & Wesley – “Hook Line Sinker”

You may remember Smith and Wesley from their previous singles, “The Little Things” and “Superman for a Day.” The North Georgia duo is back with another fun new video. Produced by Flick Wiltshire and Deb Haus, “Hook Line and Sinker” was shot on Chickamauga Lake outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The guys perform on a pontoon boat as professional BASS angler Mike DelVisco maneuvers his Texas Roadhouse fishing rig around the set. The video debuted last weekend on Heartland as well as on Gary Yamamoto Custon Baits Facebook page, a first for the high-end fishing lure company. The video follows country music funnyman Cledus T. Judd as he slips off into a daydream while fishing by the lake. You may remember Cledus from some of his famous parodies including: “Skoal,” “If Shania Was Mine,” “First Redneck on the Internet” and “I Love NASCAR.” On making the video Smith and Wesley remarked, “This is the most fun song we have have released and the video takes it to a whole new level. It’s a perfect video for Spring and Summer, and we hope it puts a smile on the face of everyone that watches.” Judd also had high praise of the duo stating, “Always great fun to do a music video. The song is great and Smith & Wesley are great guys!”
