Johnny Cash - San Quentin (Live)

In het archief van USCM past zeker de country artiest Johnny Cash, je vindt de muziek van Cash mooi of niet er is geen middenweg. Maar de enorme staat van dienst van Johnny Cash was bij heel veel mensen niet onopgemerkt gebleven. Johnny Cash had veel bewondering voor gevangenen, dat resulteerde in een live album uit 1968 met de song Folsom Prison. En van het 2e live album uit 1969 werd de song San Quentin in de gevangenis van San Quentin opgenomen. Cash kende vele sucsessen maar de song waar u naar gaat luisteren San Quentin is zo’n beetje synoniem aan de country artiest Johnny Cash.
